In this episode, Jo visits Philadelphia, Pennsylvania to meet a blended family. About a year ago, Susan Pender with a daughter named Amber (4), has married Elton Linehan who has Joseph (2 1/2 years), and that is when the trouble started. Amber screams at the top of her lungs, kicks, punches, bites, and throws temper tantrums, and Joseph is copying Amber.
