The Paci-Fairy Technique (Dummy-Fairy technique in the UK episodes) involves disposing of the pacifier. Those robots are made by Nicole Birou-Jennings' father. Jo buys a Paci-Fairy robot to bring and visit for $10 by credit card from Nicole Birou-Jennings. The robot senses a pacifier and it is disposed for babies who need it. In the Beson Family, the Paci-Fairy is real life.

Trivia[]
- In MultiNanny 24-7, the Paci-Fairy can consist of one from six people (five female and one male) per episode.
- There are 3 variants of the Paci-Fairy's look: On the Pierson Family, she has long red hair tied in a side pony with a braid in the middle. It is tied with a navy blue bow. Another matching bow is found her waist as a shask. She wears a long sky blue dress. She wears navy shoes on her feet, and has freckles on her face. On the Hudgens Family, she has the same hair as the Pierson Family, and wears a bottlecap necklace but with a pacifier, and wears a pink dress made of velvet and high heels and a red underskirt, and is 5" 4. On the Beson Family, she is real-life, and has fair skin, hazel eyes, and dimples. She wears a headband with roses being put on. The left and right side has pink and white rectangle confetti-like pink and white strips down from her hair to her ear. She wears a white dress, featuring a black circle, but the black circle features a night sky background with dancing stars, and has a pacifier (similar to Kelly the Tooth Fairy (portrayed by Kelly Clarkson) from 66 Rock, but it features a tooth). Underneath the black circle is the text "angel" written in cursive (again, similar to Kelly the Tooth Fairy (portrayed by Kelly Clarkson) from 66 Rock). She wears black gloves featuring roses and butterflies (Kelly the Tooth Fairy's gloves has roses and tooths). She wears rhombus-cut stockings, and wears brown boots. She has a Cece tattoo on her left chest. The last E on her Cece tattoo is a heart. She has a net (The end of her net is a Scotland flag) to catch the pacifiers. She has glittery pink butterfly wings, made up of blue and gold dots. Her voice is high-pitched and squeaky.
- On the Kolows Family, the same Paci-Fairy from the Beson Family is given a name, which is Sapphire Magic.
- On the Winstrate Family, while the same Paci-Fairy from the Hudgens Family takes a bow, the Warner Home Video Cheesy Shield music is heard due to an music playing error.
- On the Miller Family, Felicia the Paci-Fairy is replaced.
- On the Orban Family, just before Jo gets the same Paci-Fairy from the Pierson Family out of her purse, the WNET "Radar/In Space" music is heard due to extreme bad plastering.
- On the Karster Family, the same Paci-Fairy from the Beson Family makes a heart sign.
