In this episode, Jo travels to Osaka, Japan and meets up with Tariko (née Kirochu) and Kai Hiwatari, have 2 sons, Toshio, age 6, and Hiraku, age 4, Hiraku swears (in Japanese), hits, fights Toshio, and punches Tariko's womb containing her upcoming daughter, while Toshio is well-behaved, both kids don't understand English either.
