Announcer: "Gloria visits the Federal Correctional Complex in Butner, North Carolina to help the Hearts as they visit their oldest daughter, who's serving a life sentence for attempted murder. But this time, she's not alone."
???: "I'm Josh Shipp. I was once an at-risk teen, And today I'm helping Gloria try again to help the Heart family after their previous attempt."

Eliza: "Nora, help me set the table for lunch."
Nora: "NO! WHO DO YOU THINK I AM, YOUR SLAVE?!"
Eliza: "No, I am not your slave. Help me set the table for lunch, NOW!"
Nora: "SHUT UP CLUMSY DAMN LUNATIC!!! DON'T TELL ME TO DO WORK!!!"
Eliza: "Help me set the table for lunch now or you will stay on the Naughty Swivel for 17 minutes!"
[Nora throws the Naughty Swivel out of the house]
Nora: "GOODBYE FUCKING NAUGHTY SWIVEL!"

Nora: "I am so, so, so, so sorry to everyone for being so mean and an idiot for my life. Please forgive me."
Garret: "Thank you for your apology, Nora. That was very nice of you."
Nora: "You're welcome."
Garret: "It was a miracle that Nora finally changed her ways for good. I'm just hoping they'll release her from prison soon."
