House Rules[]

Jo: "Ella, Reginald and I are preparing house rules for Adelaide, Kyle, Sophie, Josh and Simon."

Jo: "Okay, so I made the house rules and here it is. Rule number one: Cyndi Lauper music only apply to Adelaide. Let her like and/or listen to what she wants."

Kyle: "Justin Bieber is better!"

Reginald: "Too bad, so sad."

Jo: "Number two: No touching nor destroying Adelaide's stuff. That includes: destroying Adelaide's Cyndi Lauper poster, ruining Adelaide's Cyndi Lauper merchandise, and of course, touching her albums."

Sophie: "I want to destroy her Cyndi Lauper stuff too! That girl is overrated!"

Ella: "Reginald's right, that's too bad, so sad for you."

Jo: "And number three: No making fun of her nor mocking her for liking Cyndi Lauper!"

Josh: "Ha ha! You love that (bleep) Cyndi Lauper! Cyndi Lauper is for (bleep)holes like you, (bleep)-eating whore!"

Adelaide: "Stop that!"

Kyle, Sophie, Josh and Simon: "Cyndi is a (bleep! Cyndi is a (bleep)! You are a (bleep)! An ugly witch!"

[Adelaide sobs]

Adelaide: "My siblings made fun of me!"

Simon: "Boo fucking hoo, (bleep)!"

Reginald: "That does it, go to the Naughty Square!"

Naughty Square[]

Jo: "It wasn't long before Simon ran into Adelaide's room and took her Cyndi Lauper CD out of her CD player and put Justin Bieber on."

Ella: "Simon, if you do not put Cyndi Lauper back on for Adelaide, you will sit on the Naughty Square".

[Simon throws Adelaide's Cyndi Lauper CD]

Ella: "You will sit on the Naughty Square, Simon."

[Ella takes Simon to the Naughty Square]

Ella: "You are here for not letting Adelaide have Cyndi Lauper on. Stay there for 4 minutes."

[Ella withdraws the Justin Bieber CD out of Adelaide's CD player and deposits the Cyndi Lauper CD back into Adelaide's CD player]

Ella: "You can have Cyndi Lauper on, darling."

Adelaide: "Thanks."

Jo: Simon stubbornly refused to stay on the Naughty Square."

Simon: "I WANT JUSTIN BIEEEEEEEBER ON!"

Ella: "No, Simon."

[Jo puts Simon back on the Naughty Square and then she and Ella walk away from him, leaving him there]

Diverse Music[]

Jo: When Adelaide was listening to too much Cyndi Lauper, Ella, Reginald and I decided to teach her a lesson.

Jo: Come on, Adelaide. We will show you something.

Adelaide: Show me what?

Ella: It's important.

Reginald: Really important.

Adelaide: Now what?

[Jo, Ella and Reginald takes her to a bedroom where Cyndi Lauper posters are on the wall]

Adelaide: Is this my bedroom?

Ella: Yes it is. There are a lot of Cyndi Lauper posters everywhere.

Reginald: See? Now you're taking your obsession too seriously!

Jo: Now I introduced you to a new techniqhe that is music-related.

Adelaide: What is it?

Jo: It's called Diverse Music. While you listen to Cyndi Lauper, you get to listen to music recommended to her.

Adelaide: But i like Cyndi Lauper.

Reginald: I know, honey. But Jo will show you other musjc artists and bands similar to her.

Ella: He's right. You take your huge Cyndi Lauper obsession too seriously.

Adelaide: I only listen to her music, though.

Jo: Well, we don't mind your obessesion with Cyndi Lauper for the most part, but all you ever listen to is her music. You have a lot of merchandise like albums, posters and t-shirts in your room.

Adelaide: I am just a true Cyndi Lauper fan.

Jo: I know that, but guess what? You should try recommending artists and bands that are similar to Cyndi Lauper like Annie Lennox, Kate Bush, Bangles, Culture Club, Josie cotton, Kirsty MacColl, Berlin and Katrina and the Waves.

Adelaide: I don't mind '80s music, but Cyndi is better than these artists and bands.

Jo: Trust me, you should like Madonna. Her albums, "Madonna", "Like a Virgin", Like a Prayer", "Erotica", "Ray of Light", "Music", "Confessions of a Dance floor", "American Life", "True Blue", and "Bedtime Stories".

Adelaide: Oh, I should try.

[Adelaide listens to all of Madonna's albums]

Jo: While Adelaide enjoys Madonna. it is time for me to go.
