Black Friday

[Brian, Rhonda and John are at the mall shopping on Black Friday]

Brian: "Black Friday should be a better shopping day, as opposed to it shouldn't be worse."

Aftermath

Rhonda: "Well, we got that shopping done so fast."

John: "We'll have the best Christmas ever."

Faith the Elf on the Shelf Arrives

Rhonda: "Kids, meet Faith the Elf on the Shelf. She has been assigned by Santa Claus to keep an eye on you."

Stevie: "That's nice."

Rhonda: "Show some respect, Stevie."

Stevie: "Sorry."

Building snowmen at the park

[Peter and Brian are building snowmen when they notice Stevie, Amber, Amanda and Stacie knocking down some snowmen]

Brian: "Stay here with your snowman, Peter. I'll be right back."

[Amber knocks down Peter's snowman with a sled]

Peter: "Dad, Amber knocked down my snowman."

Amber: "Who cares, Peter? I don't like snowmen."

Brian: "Amber, you do NOT knock down snowmen, and neither do Stevie, Amanda or Stacie."

Stacie: "Like either of us care."

[A few minutes later, Stevie, Amber, Amanda and Stacie ring the neighbor's doorbell and take off running, the neighbor, Austin comes outside]

Austin: "Hello? You hooligans better not do that again!"

Baking Christmas cookies

[Brian puts Christmas cookie shapes on a cookie sheet pan, ones of Santa Claus, Christmas trees, bells and stars]

Brian: "Well, they should be in the oven ready to bake."

[A few minutes later, after the cookies are done, John and Peter help frost the cookies]

Christmas Movies

[The kids watch Home Alone]

[The adults watch Love Actually]

Breakfast time

[Brian gets done making gingerbread men and puts them on a plate]

[Stevie, Amber, Amanda and Stacie spot gingerbread men on the plate and Stevie tries to take one, but Brian takes it out of his hand]

Brian: "No, Stevie. No, no."

Stevie: "Come on, Dad, it's just one gingerbread man."

Brian: "Not before breakfast, Stevie."

Stevie: "You never let me do anything."

Brian: "You can have a gingerbread man after breakfast."

[Stevie sulks]

[Brian goes to the bathroom and Stevie spots a gingerbread man and takes one]

[A few minutes later, Brian comes back to the kitchen and finds the gingerbread men gone]

Brian: "What happened to my gingerbread men? Stevie! Amanda! Stacie! Amber! Come here at once!"

[Stevie, Amber, Amanda and Stacie approach Brian]

Brian: "What did I tell you four about eating gingerbread men for breakfast?"

Stevie: "I don't know, and I don't care."

Brian: "Don't use that tone of voice with me, Steven Daniel Beckett. You four ate the gingerbread men for breakfast after I specifically told you four not to. Stevie, Naughty Chair. Amber and Amanda, Naughty Swivel. Stacie, Naughty Tuffet."

[Brian escorts the four kids to their naughty spots]

Brian: "As a result for being disobedient, your stuff is taken away for the rest of the day."

Stevie: "You can't be serious."

Brian: "I am."

[Brian confiscates Stevie's Barney plush, Amber's cell phone, Amanda's iPhone, and Stacie's iPod]
